4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic panels on educational and public utility facilities of Racibórz County, together with accompanying works. 4.2. Pursuant to Art. 91(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for the following 7 lots: 1) lot 1 of the contract entitled "Supply and installation of photovoltaic panels at the Vocational and Continuing Education Centre No. 1 in Racibórz at 6 Wileńska Street”, 2) lot 2 of the contract entitled "Supply and installation of photovoltaic panels at the ‘Mechanik’ Vocational and Continuing Education Centre No. 2 in Racibórz at 1 Zamkowa Street”, 3) lot 3 of the contract entitled "Supply and installation of photovoltaic panels at General Education School Complex No. 1 in Racibórz at 11 Kasprowicza Street”, 4) lot 4 of the contract entitled "Supply and installation of photovoltaic panels at General Secondary School No. II in Racibórz at 3 Cardinal S. Wyszyńskiego Street”, 5) lot 5 of the contract entitled "Supply and installation of photovoltaic panels at the County Sports Centre in Racibórz at 9 Klasztorna Street”, 6) lot 6 of the contract entitled "Supply and installation of photovoltaic panels at the County Cultural Centre in Racibórz at 12 Pawła Stalmacha Street”, 7) lot 7 of the contract entitled "Supply and installation of photovoltaic panels at the County Office in Racibórz at 4 Stefan Okrzeja Square” and at the Shared Services Centre in Racibórz at 5 Opolska Street”. It consists of the supply and installation of photovoltaic modules on support structures, so-called “carports”, located on the grounds by the sports field, and the installation of photovoltaic modules on the side wall of the gymnasium building on an aluminium support structure. The planned scope of the PV installation on support structures, so-called “carports”, mainly includes: - supply and installation of carport structures, including construction of foundations, - supply and installation of photovoltaic modules, - supply and installation of an inverter, including installation of the photovoltaic system cabling, - supply and installation of a switchboard, - installation of a grounding system, - excavation for laying an underground cable on a sub-base layer, - backfilling the excavation and reinstating the dismantled layers of paved surfaces, - construction of an enclosure for the inverter. The planned scope of the PV installation mounted on the side wall of the gymnasium building mainly includes: - supply and installation of aluminium support structures, - supply and installation of photovoltaic modules, - supply and installation of an inverter, including installation of the photovoltaic system cabling, - supply and installation of a switchboard and fire safety switch, - connection of electrical wiring, - installation of lightning-protection masts, - installation of a non-fire-spreading roofing-felt layer – Broof (t1) on the section of roof below the photovoltaic modules planned for installation.
