Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is “Innovative renewable energy solutions at the General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie”. A Contractor participating in the tender should tender for the entire contract. 1. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. 2. Description of the subject matter of the contract, size and scope: The subject matter of the contract includes the design, supply and installation of a complete photovoltaic installation with energy storage systems, together with putting it into operation and completing all activities enabling the signing of a distribution agreement between the Contracting Authority and the distribution system operator. The contract includes obtaining the necessary arrangements and permits for this purpose by the Contractor, and in particular obtaining approval of the photovoltaic installation and energy storage systems from a fire safety expert. The design documentation must be prepared in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter PFU). The contract is being conducted under the Design and Build formula. The planned implementation concerns photovoltaic installations located on the land of cadastral plot No. 1995/11. The planned investment consists of expanding the existing photovoltaic installation with a capacity of approximately 99.99 kWp at connection No. 1 and 47.52 kW at connection No. 2, and installing energy storage systems for each connection. The subject matter of the contract comprises: 1) preparation of the Architectural and Construction Design and the Detailed Design (4 copies in paper form and 1 copy in electronic form); the design requires approval by a fire safety expert and acceptance by the Contracting Authority, together with the requirement to obtain a map for design purposes), 2) applying, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, to the relevant DSO and concluding a connection agreement with the DSO by 30.03.2027. 3) applying to the relevant state administration authorities and obtaining a building permit, and possibly an occupancy permit (if required), 4) construction, commissioning and connection of all complete installations (existing and newly designed) in accordance with the Detailed Design accepted by the Contracting Authority, 5) preparation of As-Built Documentation for all installations with changes to the Construction Design incorporated (4 copies in paper form and 1 copy in electronic form The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Functional and Utility Program “Innovative renewable energy solutions at the General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie” – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which is an integral part of the SWZ. The Contractor shall ensure the preparation and delivery of the following documents: a) a copy of the construction notification submitted to the District Office in Wysokie Mazowieckie. b) ongoing surveying services for the construction and an as-built survey, including newly constructed buildings/structures and installations, and shall cover all costs related to surveying services and updating the design, and shall prepare as-built documentation, c) installation inspection reports, d) copies of documents confirming the disposal or management of materials originating from demolition, e) the final decision authorizing use of the facility / notification of completion of construction works f) shall submit a statement from the construction manager holding electrical qualifications on assuming the duties of construction manager, together with a copy of the qualifications and a current certificate from the chamber of engineers. g) shall provide the Contracting Authority with operating instructions for individual devices in Polish in 2 copies h) shall conduct user training on the operation of the installed devices and provide a certificate confirming completion of such training, signed by the user i) shall commission the installation Procedure: open.
