DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT: The subject matter of the contract is: “INSTALLATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEMS IN THE WIERZBINEK MUNICIPALITY” Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract: The project will be implemented under the “design and build” system. The purpose of the investment is to generate electricity from renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic micro-installations and to store it in dedicated devices, i.e. energy storage units. These installations will generate electricity that will be used for the needs of private properties, resulting in lower costs associated with charges for the purchase of electricity and an environmental benefit in the form of reduced emissions of carbon dioxide and other harmful gases into the atmosphere. Furthermore, the scope of this investment includes the installation of heat pumps operating in a bivalent system, intended to meet part of the demand for heat for heating purposes and the preparation of domestic hot water from renewable energy sources in the form of heat pumps operating in an installable configuration, while during peak periods the system’s operation will be supported by an electric heater. The installation of heat pumps is intended to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of individual buildings and, consequently, to reduce the operating costs of the properties. The planned project will result in an environmental benefit in the form of reduced emissions of CO2 and other harmful gases into the atmosphere, which will contribute to limiting their emissions. The properties where the project is planned to be implemented are located within the Wierzbinek Municipality and are indicated in Appendix No. 10 – i.e. the PFU to this SWZ. The functional and utility program forms the basis for preparing the price offer for the comprehensive implementation of the task, including all construction and installation work and training for the owners of the properties where the installations have been installed in the safe operation of photovoltaic installations, photovoltaic installations with energy storage units, and heating installations based on heat pumps. The offer submitted by the Tenderers should comply with this functional and utility program. The offer should cover the full scope of supplies and services necessary to implement the project, including completion of the formalities associated with notifying the connection of the installation to the grid, through to its handover to the Contracting Authority. Moreover, the Contractor is also required to perform all additional work and installation elements that have not been specified but are important or necessary for proper functioning and operational stability, as well as the required maintenance work and for obtaining a guarantee of the efficient and trouble-free operation of photovoltaic micro-installations, photovoltaic micro-installations with energy storage, and heating installations based on heat pumps. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into two parts: Part 1 – Photovoltaic installations: The subject matter of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of RES installations at the locations and properties indicated in the Functional and Utility Program: 133 photovoltaic micro-installations. Among the above installations, 64 will be supplied as a set with an energy storage unit. The subject matter of the contract is described in detail in the Functional and Utility Program– Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. Part 2 – Heat pumps: The subject matter of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of RES installations at the locations and properties indicated in the Functional and Utility Program: 58 heat pump installations. The subject matter of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of RES installations at the locations and properties indicated in the Functional and Utility Program: 133 photovoltaic micro-installations.
