“Design, delivery, installation, commissioning and handover for operation of a complete photovoltaic installation together with accompanying construction works – contract awarded in 5 parts” as part of the investment task entitled: “Increasing electricity production from renewable sources in public utility buildings of the City of Katowice – stage III”. The subject matter of the contract is divided into 5 parts and includes: Part I – Municipal Kindergarten No. 85, ul. Kwiatkowskiego 20, 40-824 Katowice Part II – Municipal Kindergarten No. 41, ul. Koraszewskiego 6, 40-750 Katowice Part III – Municipal Kindergarten No. 34, ul. Tysiąclecia 84A, 40-871 Katowice Part IV – Primary School No. 59, ul. Chrobrego 5, 40-881 Katowice Part V – Primary School No. 58 with Integration Classes, ul. Krzywoustego 11, 40-870 Katowice 1) For Part I (Municipal Kindergarten No. 85, ul. Kwiatkowskiego 20), the scope includes: The subject matter of the investment task is the design, obtaining of all necessary permits and decisions, construction, commissioning, preparation of as-built documentation and notification to the OSD of a micro-installation with a capacity of 39.7kWp±0.3kWp located on the roof of Kindergarten No. 85 in Katowice. As part of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall perform design and construction and installation works comprising: • installation of a photovoltaic panel system with the specified capacity on the roof indicated in the OPZ, • construction of the necessary structures for the PV panel installation and wiring, • installation of protective measures beneath the structures, • installation of cabling to connect the PV panels, • installation of a switchboard for operating the PV panels, • connection of the PV panel switchboard to the electrical power system, • installation of an electricity-production metering system that must include monitoring, remote reading, recording and reporting of electricity production directly from the inverter or through an additional energy meter. The electricity meter should enable monitoring and visualisation of the following values: - Instantaneous energy production [kWh] - Cumulative energy production [kWh] - Current (instantaneous) power of the photovoltaic panels [kW] - Photovoltaic panel failure • A power controller regulating the amount of energy produced and preventing energy from being fed into the distribution grid • lightning protection system (adaptation of the existing system to the panels arranged on the roof) • fire safety power switch • reactive power condensation system • performance of auxiliary construction works (penetrations, mounting holes, installation penetrations through building partitions, filling of openings, and restoration and repair of parts of damaged finishes (finishing elements) during construction works), fire-resistant penetrations • delivery and installation of an EU information board measuring 80x40 cm concerning the scope of the works and the funding obtained, in accordance with the applicable guidelines of the managing authority. The content of the board must be agreed with the Contracting Authority. 2) The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified by: - Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract for Part I – Annex No. 7a to the SWZ for Part I - Draft contractual provisions – Annex No. 11 to the SWZ 3) The investment is co-financed under European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (Just Transition Fund) for Priority: FESL.10.00-European Funds for transformation under Measure: FESL.10.06-Development of distributed energy based on renewable energy sources. 4) Quality guarantee and statutory warranty period for defects – The Contracting Authority requires the quality guarantee period for the completed subject matter of the contract to be 60 months from the date of final acceptance. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority requires the statutory warranty period for defects to be 60 months from the date of final acceptance. The guarantee and statutory warranty conditions are specified in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ – draft contractual provisions.
