Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase, delivery and commissioning of a drum screen for compost at the Municipal Installation of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych w Lipnie Sp. z o. o. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of a drum screen for compost, its start-up, and the training of employees in its operation at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority on the premises of the Plant. The screen may not be a prototype; delivery of a brand-new machine is required, year of manufacture: 2026. 2. The detailed Description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. 1. The detailed Description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. 3. The Contractor shall ensure: 1. The Supplier guarantees that the device constituting the subject matter of the contract is free from design, material, manufacturing, and legal defects; 2. On the date of acceptance of the device in question, the Supplier shall provide the Contracting Authority with documents specifying the terms and conditions of warranty and post-warranty servicing. 3. Acceptance of the machine at the Contracting Authority's registered office. If the Contractor determines that the national, European, or international standards used in the SWZ and the appendices to the SWZ may indicate product manufacturers or sources of origin, the Contracting Authority permits equivalent solutions in this respect. This means that the technical parameters of the products indicated in this manner define the Contracting Authority's required minimum expectations regarding the quality of the products to be used to perform the subject matter of the contract. Furthermore, whenever a description or feature of the described product may indicate its source of origin or manufacturer, the Contractor is also entitled to use equivalent products, understood as products having technical parameters no worse than those indicated in the SWZ and/or the appendices to the SWZ. Equivalence may also be demonstrated by means of standards equivalent to those indicated in the OPZ. The burden of demonstrating “equivalence” rests with the Contractor. When selecting equivalent materials, the Contractor is also obliged to ensure that the indicators specified in the OPZ are achieved. 4. Warranty: 1) Required warranty: min. 12 months. 2) Service covering on-site warranty repairs of the equipment at the Contracting Authority's registered office in Lipno. 3) Where the Contractor is not the Manufacturer of the subject matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority permits the quality warranty for the subject matter of the contract and servicing to be provided by the Manufacturer's authorized service center. 4) The warranty conditions are specified in detail in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ – Draft contract.
