The subject matter of the contract is the supply, in the form of an operating lease (with a purchase option), of a used vacuum sweeper, manufactured no earlier than 2024, on a motor vehicle chassis, for maintaining the cleanliness of external paved surfaces at the Łużyckie Recycling Centre. The vehicle must meet the PM10 and PM2.5 requirements, as confirmed by the attached certificates. The vehicle must be registered in Poland in accordance with its intended use as a special-purpose vehicle, and its formal and legal status must be fully documented, guaranteeing the vehicle’s legal origin.
