Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the transport of children with disabilities from the area of Piekary Śląskie to schools and educational institutions, including the provision of a caregiver during transport, in the period from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. 2. Total number of pupils covered by the transport: 32 persons. 3. Maximum daily number of kilometres: 40 km. 4. The number of kilometres for the individual routes includes the children’s journey from home to school and from school to home. 5. Maximum number of days of pupil transport: 223 days. 6. The minimum number of seats required in the vehicles is the number of children on the given route + caregiver + driver), with the proviso that the number of children may increase or decrease. 7. For the purpose of performing the contract, the Contractor is required to have 2 vehicles, each with at least 18 seats. 8. The Contractor is required to indicate in the tender form 2 vehicles with which it will perform the subject of the contract and which are also covered by the permit presented for the purpose of meeting the condition for participation in the procedure, (referred to in Chapter IX point 1 of the SWZ). 9. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its performance are contained in Annex No. 5 (draft contractual provisions) to the SWZ. 10.This procedure is part of a contract announced in separate procedures. 11. The Contractor submitting a tender is bound by it from the date of expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders until 29 September 2026. 1.
