Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the transport of children with disabilities from the area of Piekary Śląskie to schools and educational institutions, including the provision of a caregiver during transport, in the period from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. 2. Total number of students covered by the transport: 20 persons. 3. Maximum daily number of kilometres: 111 km. 4. The number of kilometres for the individual routes includes the children’s journey from home to school and from school to home. 5. Maximum number of student transport days: 243 days. 6. The minimum number of seats required in the vehicles is the number of children on the given route + caregiver + driver), with the proviso that the number of children may increase or decrease. 7. In the tender form, the Contractor is required to indicate 2 vehicles with which it will perform the subject of the contract and which are simultaneously covered by the permit submitted for the purpose of meeting the condition for participation in the procedure (referred to in chapter IX point 1 of the swz), of which 1 vehicle must be adapted for transporting children in wheelchairs (route I). 8. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its performance are contained in appendix No. 5 (draft contractual provisions) to the swz. 9. This procedure is part of a contract announced in separate procedures. 10. The Contractor submitting a tender is bound by it from the deadline for the submission of tenders until: 28 September 2026.
