Provision of specialized transport services for persons with disabilities who have mobility difficulties within the city of Opole, as well as coordination of the aforementioned service (accepting transport service orders by telephone and electronically (including via an email address and the Opole+ platform) from persons eligible for the services, preparing and coordinating schedules) in accordance with the conditions specified in the Regulations constituting an annex to the contract. The contract is planned to be performed for 24 months, commencing no earlier than 1 January 2027. The service should be provided using five vehicles from Monday to Friday during the following hours: a) from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. – 3 vehicles; b) from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. – 2 vehicles. The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Law. Pursuant to Article 257(1) of the Law, the Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of cancelling these proceedings if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. Abbreviations used in the notice: Law – the Public Procurement Law Act; SWZ – specification of the terms and conditions of the contract.
