Poland – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – Transport of students with disabilities to schools, including care, in the 2026/2027 school year

Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of transport services involving the transport of and care during transport for students with disabilities residing in the Kobyłka municipality to primary and secondary schools or other educational institutions listed in Article 2(7) of the Act of 14 December 2016, the Education Law (Journal of Laws 2026, item 820). 2. The subject matter of the contract includes transport from the students’ places of residence to primary schools, secondary schools and other educational institutions, and return transport from the aforementioned institutions to the students’ places of residence, as well as the provision of care during transport. 3. This contract is divided into 3 parts: Part I: Transport of students with disabilities to educational institutions located in Kobyłka in the 2026/2027 school year; Part II: Transport of students with disabilities to educational institutions located in Wołomin, Ostrówek and Radzymin in the 2026/2027 school year; Part III: Transport of students with disabilities to educational institutions located in Warsaw in the 2026/2027 school year. Description: The subject matter of the contract in Part I includes transport, together with care during transport, for 1 student who uses a wheelchair and 1 student who moves independently, attending institutions in Kobyłka. Description: The subject matter of the contract in Part II includes transport, together with care during transport, for 23 students, including: 1) 8 students attending schools in Wołomin, 2) 5 students attending a school in Ostrówek, 3) 10 students attending a school in Radzymin.
