The subject of the contract is the provision of medical transport services for patients of the Prof. Kornel Gibiński University Clinical Center of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice by personnel with appropriate qualifications, using means of transport suitable for this purpose, in accordance with the Contracting Authority's needs. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts. (with a one-person crew: driver). The estimated number of kilometers to be traveled by the individual teams and the estimated time for the provision of on-call services, together with the specification of their composition, have been set out in the price form, Annex 4.3 to the contract specifications (hereinafter: SWZ).
