Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the transport of disabled children from the area of Piekary Śląskie to schools and educational institutions, including the provision of an attendant during the journey, in the period from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. 2. Total number of pupils covered by the transport service: 10 persons. 3. Maximum daily number of kilometres: 104 km. 4. The number of kilometres for each route includes the children’s journey from home to school and from school to home. 5. Maximum number of days of pupil transport: 223 days. 6. The minimum number of seats required in the vehicles is the number of children on the given route + attendant + driver), subject to the proviso that the number of children may increase or decrease. 7. The contractor is required to indicate in the tender form 2 vehicles with which it will perform the subject of the contract and which are at the same time covered by the permit/licence presented in order to meet the condition for participation in the procedure (referred to in Chapter IX point 1 of the SWZ). Both vehicles must be adapted for transporting children in wheelchairs. 8. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its performance are contained in Annex No 5 (draft contractual provisions) to the SWZ. 9. This procedure is part of a contract announced in separate procedures. 10. The contractor submitting a tender is bound by it from the deadline for submission of tenders until: 25 September 2026.
