Poland – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – “Transporting students with disabilities to schools together with care in the 2026/2027 school year.”

Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services involving the transportation and care (during transportation) of students with disabilities residing in the Łomianki municipality to kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, or other educational institutions listed in Article 2(7) of the Act of 14 December 2016, Education Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043, as amended). 2. The subject of the contract includes transport and care from the students’ places of residence to kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, and other educational institutions, and return transport from the aforementioned institutions to the students’ places of residence. 3. The service is planned to cover 33 students with disabilities, including: 11 students attending schools in Warsaw (including 1 student in a wheelchair), 16 students attending the Special Education and Care Centre in Leszno (including 1 student in a wheelchair), 1 student attending a school in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, 4 students attending a school in Laski, and 1 student attending a school in Ożarów Mazowiecki. 4. During the performance of the contract, the number of students may change by +/- 6 persons (including 2 persons in wheelchairs), as may the number and addresses of the institutions to which the students will be transported, without resulting in a change in remuneration for the service performed. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase the number of children transported by more than 6 without changing the remuneration, provided that the Contractor will not need to increase the number of vehicles. 5. Changes to the list of students transported are permitted with regard to the students’ details and the institutions to which they will be transported, provided that the institution is no more than 45 km from the student’s place of residence, calculated using the shortest route from the student’s place of residence to the educational institution. These changes will not require an amendment to the contract. 6. The transportation and care of students to kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, or other educational institutions will take place on all school days according to the school calendar for the 2026/2027 school year, during the period from 2 September 2026 to 24 June 2027. 7. The estimated number of days, based on the school calendar, on which students will be transported is 186 days, including 79 days in 2026 and 107 days in 2027. Procedure: open.
