Opportunity description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the transport of children and young people with disabilities residing in Warsaw in the Wola District, including ensuring their care during transport in the 2026/2027 school year, i.e. from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2027. Transport will take place on routes from their homes to schools/educational institutions located within the Capital City of Warsaw and back, to schools/centres located outside the Capital City of Warsaw, in accordance with the 2026/2027 school-year calendar, and to institutions where activities are held as part of the “Winter/Summer in the City” programme during the winter holidays and summer holidays. 2) The transport routes are specified in Appendix No. 2 (list of children and schools) to the draft contractual provisions, hereinafter also referred to as the model contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 3) The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the terms and method of providing the services constituting the subject matter of the contract are set out in: a) the model contract, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, together with Appendix No. 2 entitled list of children and schools, b) the model pricing form, which constitutes Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ. 1) The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a transport service for transporting children/pupils with disabilities residing in Warsaw in the Wola District, including ensuring their care during transport in the 2026/2027 school year, i.e. from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2027, on the home – educational institution – home route and to institutions where activities are held as part of the “Winter/Summer in the City” programme during the winter holidays and summer holidays. 2) The transport routes are specified in Appendix No. 2 (list of children and schools) to the draft contractual provisions, hereinafter also referred to as the model contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 3) The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the terms and method of providing the services constituting the subject matter of the contract are set out in: a) the model contract, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, together with Appendix No. 2 entitled list of children and schools, b) the model pricing form, which constitutes Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ.
