Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the selection of a Contractor to carry out a task consisting in the preparation of 4 (four) ultrasonography (USG) training programs under project No. FERS.01.12-IP.07-0001/26 entitled Practical ultrasonography (USG) training for male and female primary care physicians under Measure FERS.01.12 Postgraduate education of physicians, nurses and midwives of the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, under the terms specified in the SWZ. 2. The contract is being implemented under project No. FERS.01.12-IP.07-0001/26 entitled Practical ultrasonography (USG) training for male and female primary care physicians under Measure FERS.01.12 Postgraduate education of physicians, nurses and midwives of the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. 1. Method of contract performance – as part of the task, the Contractor will be required to perform the following services: 2.1. Preparation of 4 training programs (in an in-person format). 2.2. The training programs will be prepared in the following areas of USG: • abdominal cavity, • neck structures (including: thyroid gland, salivary glands), • peripheral lymph nodes, • urology, including diseases of the kidneys, urinary bladder, and ureters. 2.3. The prepared programs will have to meet the minimum standards for the given professional skill published on the website of the Medical Centre of Postgraduate Education. 2.4. Complete training materials will also be prepared for the individual training courses, together with the required markings—logos: the European Funds emblem, the colors of the Republic of Poland, the European Union emblem, and the logo of the Ministry of Health. 2.5. Draft certificates confirming completion of the training and evaluation questionnaires will be prepared, as well as assessments of participants’ satisfaction with the training courses. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Pursuant to Art. 256 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure before the deadline for submission of tenders, as applicable, if circumstances arise that render further conduct of the procedure unjustified. 5. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 6. The contract must be performed in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, OPZ, and the Draft Contractual Provisions. Procedure: open.
