Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of a medium-sized supply vehicle. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ: 3. Place of performance of the contract, end user: - Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Rzeszów; 4. The subject matter of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Appendix No. 1. 5. The Contracting Authority requires the offered subject matter of the contract to be brand new and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations. 6. The Contracting Authority permits the performance of part of the contract to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 7. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract whose performance it will entrust to Subcontractors and to provide the names of any Subcontractors, if already known. 8. The contract will be performed in accordance with the terms specified in the model contracts, which constitute Appendices No. 8 to this SWZ. 9. The possibility of amending the contract and the conditions for amendment are set out in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 10.The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for parts of the contract. In accordance with Article 91(2) of the uPzp, the Contracting Authority identifies the following circumstances as reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: - The supply can be performed by one Contractor. - The above supply does not require division into lots and complies with the provisions of the uPzp. - The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for parts of the contract due to the uniform nature of the entire contract, which is the aforementioned supply. Dividing the contract into lots would not affect the number of potential Contractors interested in submitting a tender in this procedure. 11. The Contracting Authority may cancel the contract award procedure before the deadline for submission of tenders if circumstances arise that make the further conduct of the procedure unjustified. 12. The Contracting Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 257 of the PZP Act, it may cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 13. The Contracting Authority requires a performance bond. The bond shall be provided before the contract is signed. 14. Where the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract uses references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described. When analysing the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, the Contractor should assume that every reference referred to in Article 101 of the PZP Act used in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract is accompanied by the words “or equivalent”. 15. Where proprietary names or trademarks have been used in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, this means that they are provided as examples and specify only the minimum expected quality parameters and the required standard. The Contractor may use equivalent materials or equipment, but with similar or better technical and quality parameters, the use of which will in no way adversely affect the proper functioning of the solutions adopted in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. A Contractor that uses equivalent equipment or materials will be required to demonstrate during performance of the contract that the equipment and materials it uses meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 16. If the Contractor does not specify particular values or parameters in the Tender Form, the Contracting Authority will assume that the Contractor offers the minimum parameters or values or parameters or values at the minimum level required by the Contracting Authority. 17.
