Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of communications infrastructure equipment for units of the State Emergency Medical Services (PRM) system in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, as well as the purchase of antenna installation components for a building (hospital, other ambulance service building) and for additional masts/a telecommunications tower, together with their installation and the implementation of a supervision system. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the contract performance conditions are set out in the annexes to the SWZ: Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – draft contractual provisions. 3. Designation of the subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): a) main subject: 32000000-3: Radio, television, communication, telecommunication and related equipment, b) additional subjects: 32236000-6: Radio telephones, 32352100-6: Parts of radio and radar equipment, 45312330-9: Radio aerial installation work, 45314000-1: Installation of telecommunications equipment, 51330000-4: Installation services of radio equipment. 4. In the procedure being conducted, pursuant to Art. 139(1) in conjunction with Art. 139(2) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the submitted tenders and will then carry out the qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation, with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure described in Chapter VIII of the SWZ. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered performance, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, both as main elements and as components, elements of the service delivery environment or accompanying solutions, not include: a) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, finding that they have a negative impact on the fundamental national security interest; b) an ICT product whose type has been specified in the decision on recognising a supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in Art. 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. Failure to meet the above requirement will result in rejection of the tender, as applicable, pursuant to Art. 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp Act. 1.
