Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of swimming instruction services for Primary School students from the City of Kostrzyn nad Odra, consisting of classes as part of the implementation of Project No. FELB.06.15-IZ.00-0021/25-00 entitled: “i-FEWL” – innovative Educational Formats for Joint Lessons”, co-financed by the European Social Fund+ (ESF+) under Priority 6. European Funds for supporting citizens, Measure 6.15 Education – IIT of the European Funds for Lubuskie 2021-2027 Programme,. 2. The provision of the swimming instruction service means the organization and conduct of classes for 1,795 persons – Primary School students from the City of Kostrzyn nad Odrą, together with admission tickets and instructors’ remuneration, including: a) ensuring access to an indoor swimming pool with designated swimming lanes and hygiene and sanitary facilities in Kostrzyn nad Odra from the Contracting Authority, enabling parents or legal guardians to transport children to the classes safely and efficiently. b) organizing swimming lessons conducted by instructors with appropriate qualifications. 3. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4.
