Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the development and delivery of training for employees of the Nursery Complex of the Capital City of Warsaw. The contract has been divided into 5 lots. The description of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1) Development and delivery of training in the development of managerial and leadership competencies for management staff at the Nursery Complex of the Capital City of Warsaw. 2) Preparation and implementation of a two-level training programme in the field of biostructural analysis of behaviour and communication, known as STRUCTOGRAM®, dedicated to management staff at the Nursery Complex of the Capital City of Warsaw 3) Development and delivery of “Train the Trainer” training courses that build and develop training skills and competencies for a group of employees of the Nursery Complex of the Capital City of Warsaw. 4) Preparation, organisation and delivery of specialist training for care staff employed at the Nursery Complex of the Capital City of Warsaw in supporting the sensory development of children up to 3 years of age, including the use of teaching aids and equipment used in daily work with children. 5) Preparation, organisation and delivery of basic-level ukulele-playing training for the care staff of the Nursery Complex of the Capital City of Warsaw.
