Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the storage, packaging, shipping and transport service for the publications of the Book Institute in 2026-2027. The scope of the service includes in particular: 1) accepting deliveries of publications, 2) unloading and qualitative (in terms of damage to the goods) and quantitative (in terms of compliance with the delivery document) verification of deliveries, 3) storing and warehousing publications, 4) packaging publications, 5) assembling, packing and shipping consignments, 6) transporting publications, including a one-time transport of the warehouse stock from the Contracting Authority's warehouse at the commencement of the service, as well as final settlement and preparation of the stored publications for transport and their handover to the Contracting Authority or a designated representative of the Contracting Authority upon completion of the service, 7) operation of the Defects Warehouse and the Sales Warehouse, 8) performing additional work related to preparing publications for distribution. 1.
