1. The subject matter of the contract is manual cleaning within the Capital City of Warsaw, comprising: Parts 1-12/Areas I-XII - winter cleaning of pavements and parking spaces, - summer cleaning of pavements and parking spaces, - winter cleaning of stops, - summer cleaning of stops, - winter cleaning of cycle paths, - collection of waste from main transport routes, - ad hoc cleaning, - emergency cleaning, - ad hoc snow removal together with gritting of the indicated surfaces, - removal of snow cleared from pavements and other road elements, - removal of waste. Part 13 Pedestrian and cycle bridge over the Vistula River - winter cleaning of the bridge, - summer cleaning of the bridge, - collection of waste from the bridge, - removal of snow cleared from the bridge Part 14 New Centre of Warsaw - winter cleaning of streets and pavements, - summer cleaning of streets and pavements, - collection of waste from streets and pavements, - removal of snow cleared from streets and pavements. 2. The subject matter of the contract is divided into 14 parts: Part 1 - Area I, Białołęka District, Part 2 - Area II, Targówek, Rembertów, Wesoła Districts, Part 3 - Area III, Praga Północ District, Part 4 - Area IV, Praga Południe, Wawer Districts, Part 5 - Area V, Bielany District, Part 6 - Area VI, Żoliborz District, Part 7 - Area VII, Wola, Bemowo Districts, Part 8 - Area VIII, Śródmieście District, Part 9 - Area IX, Ochota, Ursus, Włochy Districts, Part 10 – Area X, Upper Mokotów District, Part 11 – Area XI, Lower Mokotów District, Part 12 – Area XII, Ursynów, Wilanów Districts, Part 13 – Pedestrian and cycle bridge over the Vistula River, Part 14 – New Centre of Warsaw 3. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual parts. The Contractor may submit a tender for a maximum of 7 parts of the contract, including: parts 1–12 – a maximum of 5 parts, parts 13-14 – one or two parts.
