Opportunity description

The subject of this public procurement procedure is the performance of a service involving the maintenance and operation of street lighting and the performance of emergency lighting service duties. The subject of the contract does not include remedying failures in the event of natural disasters. After receiving a telephone report from the Contracting Authority or another entity, e.g. the Police, Municipal Guard or a private individual, concerning a failure of the street-lighting network, the Contractor must immediately commence repair work and inform the Contracting Authority by telephone that the failure has been remedied. If circumstances arise that hinder the remedying of the failure or cause a delay in carrying out the repair, the Contractor is obliged to immediately inform the Contracting Authority of this fact. The Contractor will be required to take over, free of charge, for storage in its own warehouse, reclaimed lighting poles from the Contracting Authority whose technical condition is good, for their future installation at a location indicated by the Contracting Authority. During the term of the contract, the number of poles to be taken over will not exceed 30 units. The scope of maintenance and operating works covered by this procedure concerns exclusively lighting equipment owned by the Contracting Authority. Under the contract, it is envisaged that newly constructed lighting equipment and equipment transferred to the City of Gorzów Wlkp. by ENEA Oświetlenie Sp. z o.o. as part of road modernisation will be taken over for operation during the contractual period.
