Poland – Street-lighting maintenance services – Provision of road, street, square and public-area lighting services using the service provider’s equipment within the Municipality of Złocieniec from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027

Opportunity description

1. In performing this Agreement, the Contractor shall be obliged to undertake and perform all activities necessary to provide lighting in the Area, in accordance with the scope and conditions specified in the Agreement, including: 1) providing the Comprehensive Service using its Infrastructure; 2) maintaining its Infrastructure used to provide the Comprehensive Service in good technical condition, enabling the continuous provision of the Comprehensive Service at the required quality, including carrying out repairs, overhauls or emergency replacement of individual devices comprising this Infrastructure, to the extent that, in accordance with applicable regulations and the Contractor’s best professional knowledge and established practices, this is necessary for the proper functioning of the Infrastructure; 3) continuously monitoring the operational condition of the Infrastructure, taking into account the provisions of § 8 below, by ensuring the continuous operational condition of the lighting listed in the appendices, subject to planned shutdowns agreed with the Contracting Authority, and carrying out all repairs and electrical work on street-lighting equipment; 4) providing lighting within the area in which the Infrastructure operates, in accordance with Appendix No. 1, from dusk until dawn; 5) carrying out monthly inspections/check rounds covering in particular: a general visual inspection of lighting operation and the technical condition of the equipment, together with continuously maintaining a register of faults and deficiencies (to be submitted electronically to poczta@zlocieniec.pl by the 10th day of the month following the month in which the inspection was performed), and independently (without being called upon or instructed by the Contracting Authority) proceeding immediately to remedy all observed damage, deficiencies, destruction and irregularities.
