(Numbering in accordance with the SWZ) 4.1 The subject matter of the contract is Comprehensive road cleaning during the summer and winter seasons in the City of Łódź. 4.2 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the model contract (Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ). 4.3 The Contracting Authority provides for the submission of tenders for individual lots. a) Lot No. 1 – District II – Bałuty area b) Lot No. 2 – District III – Polesie-Śródmieście area c) Lot No. 3 – District IV – Górna area d) Lot No. 4 – District V – Widzew area The Contractor may submit a tender for any number of lots. INFORMATION ON THE ENVISAGED CONTRACTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 214(1)(7) AND (8) OF THE PZP ACT, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY ENVISAGES AWARDING SUCH CONTRACTS 27.1 For each lot, the Contracting Authority envisages exercising the right to award the existing Contractor a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services under the procedure provided for in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law, up to 100% of the contract value. The possibility of awarding a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services or works under the terms of the Contract with the Contractor, up to the amount of: - 75 168 556,74 zł net for lot 1, - 50 905 786,80 zł net for lot 2, - 71 771 426,55 zł net for lot 3, - 60 707 515,88 zł net for lot 4. The subject matter of the contract is Comprehensive road cleaning during the summer and winter seasons in the City of Łódź. Contract performance period: from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no earlier than 01.10.2026, until 30.09.2029. Procedure: open.
