Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the production, delivery, and installation of stage scenery elements for the performance entitled “The Great Gatsby”, in accordance with the stage design documentation and the technical requirements of the Contracting Authority. The scope of the contract includes the production of at least the following elements: wings, a bed, a desk, a counter, decorative furniture, stage scenery elements in the stage opening, intended for suspension, raising, and lowering, borders, a portal, as well as the remaining necessary stage scenery elements. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to produce the elements in accordance with the stage design documentation, deliver them to the ROMA Musical Theatre, unload and install them, and perform the necessary technical and functional tests. Warranty: The Contractor shall provide at least a 24-month warranty for the produced stage scenery elements, calculated from the date of their acceptance. Liability insurance: The Contractor is obliged to maintain civil liability insurance (OC) throughout the contract performance period, with coverage of no less than PLN 2,000,000. Procedure: open.
