Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract includes in particular: - supervision of the design, verification of the design documentation, its completeness and mutual consistency, and performance of verification calculations in order to identify any errors, - management, investor’s supervision and control over the execution of the works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate, − conducting information activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this regard with the Contracting Authority, including, inter alia, the Branch Director, Project Manager and the communications post at the GDDKiA Branch, − provision of investor’s supervision services over the execution of construction works, participation in Warranty Inspections and supervision of the rectification of any defects/faults identified during Warranty Inspections, under the concluded Contract, − supporting the Contracting Authority as a loyal and diligent adviser in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, − supervision of design work and works within the scope of Additional Tasks necessary for the performance of the Contract, arising during the performance of the Contract - awarded pursuant to the Public Procurement Law.
