Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is an investor's supervision service – performing the function of Contract Engineer / Investor's Supervision Inspector for the task entitled “KSSENON Business Accelerator – construction of a centre for creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in Bytom”, involving the provision of comprehensive support services to the Contracting Authority, including task management and investor's supervision, as well as services consisting of advising the Contracting Authority when it makes organisational, economic, technical and legal decisions related to the investment, safeguarding the Contracting Authority's interests and representing it in dealings with the contractor or contractors carrying out design work and construction works until the investment is completed and settled, and during the statutory warranty and guarantee period. The Contract Engineer / Supervision Inspector will provide services related to the preparation, conduct and conclusion of the public procurement procedure for selecting the investment contractor / contractors, signing the contract with the investment contractor / contractors, and organising, coordinating, supervising, managing, reporting on and settling the investment process for the aforementioned task with regard to all work and works necessary for the proper implementation of the investment (including design work), as well as during the statutory warranty and guarantee period.
