The subject of the contract is the performance of the function of Contract Engineer as part of the investment project entitled: “First Signal – Last Signal Construction of the Northern Center for Child Psychiatry”, including the performance of the function of Contract Engineer during the warranty period for the construction works, i.e. for a period of 5 years after the facility is put into use. As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract and within the remuneration specified in the contract, the Contractor will provide services related to performing the function of Contract Engineer within the scope of the contract for construction works, together with substantial and non-substantial changes, and, on the basis of the appropriate power of attorney, will obtain on behalf of the Contracting Authority the final decision granting an occupancy permit for the facility in question and all facilities covered by the construction works contract.
