1. The subject of the contract is the provision by a temporary employment agency (APT) of a service consisting in assigning persons (temporary workers) to perform temporary work related to the performance of inspection tasks at the On-the-Spot Inspection Offices of the Regional Branches (OR) of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority” or “ARiMR”, for the purpose of carrying out the on-the-spot inspection process for the needs of the 2026 campaign, hereinafter referred to as the temporary work service. 2. The scope of the contract includes the provision of a temporary work service for 15 Regional Branches (OR) of ARiMR, i.e. Lower Silesian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Lublin, Lubusz, Łódź, Lesser Poland, Masovian, Subcarpathian, Podlaskie, Pomeranian, Silesian, Świętokrzyskie, Warmian-Masurian, Greater Poland and West Pomeranian, in the capacity of a field worker or office worker. 1. The scope of the contract includes the provision of a temporary work service for the Lower Silesian OR in the capacity of a temporary field worker (7 persons), temporary office worker (4 persons). 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons (Temporary Workers) performing all activities within the scope of contract performance, subject to the provisions of § 4(11) of the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be performed under the terms and conditions specified in the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 1. The scope of the contract includes the provision of a temporary work service for the Kuyavian-Pomeranian OR in the capacity of a temporary field worker (0 persons), temporary office worker (5 persons). 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons (Temporary Workers) performing all activities within the scope of contract performance, subject to the provisions of § 4(11) of the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be performed under the terms and conditions specified in the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 1. The scope of the contract includes the provision of a temporary work service for the Lublin OR in the capacity of a temporary field worker (0 persons), temporary office worker (9 persons). 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons (Temporary Workers) performing all activities within the scope of contract performance, subject to the provisions of § 4(11) of the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be performed under the terms and conditions specified in the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 1. The scope of the contract includes the provision of a temporary work service for the Lubusz OR in the capacity of a temporary field worker (2 persons), temporary office worker (2 persons). 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons (Temporary Workers) performing all activities within the scope of contract performance, subject to the provisions of § 4(11) of the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be performed under the terms and conditions specified in the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 1. The scope of the contract includes the provision of a temporary work service for the Łódź OR in the capacity of a temporary field worker (4 persons), temporary office worker (12 persons). 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons (Temporary Workers) performing all activities within the scope of contract performance, subject to the provisions of § 4(11) of the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons (Temporary Workers) performing all activities within the scope of contract performance, subject to the provisions of § 4(11) of the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be performed under the terms and conditions specified in the ppu together with the annexes, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 1. The scope of the contract includes the provision of a temporary work service for the Subcarpathian OR in the capacity of a temporary field worker (0 persons), temporary office worker (15 persons). 2.
