Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is a comprehensive organization service for trade missions to participate in networking events under the project entitled “Direction Asia – internationalization of the activities of enterprises from the Łódź Voivodeship through participation in trade fair events and expansion into Asian markets”, co-financed by the European Funds for Łódź 2021-2027 regional program. The comprehensive organization service for trade missions to participate in networking events includes: 1. Organization and conduct of meetings preparing for participation in Networking Events; 2. Transport service; 3. Accommodation service; 4. Provision of admission tickets to events and organization of business meetings; 5. Organization of study visits; 6. Interpretation services during Networking Events; 7. Services of a Networking Events coordinator; 8. Insurance; 9. Transport/forwarding of materials and products; 10. Technical support for Networking Events and their Participants.
