1. The subject of the contract is the supply of sterile products for the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery and the Department of Traumatology and Emergency Medicine. 2. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are contained in the OPZ, constituting Attachments No. 1-15 to the SWZ. The Contractor may submit a tender for any number of tasks. 3. The shelf life of the products supplied must be at least 12 months, calculated from the date of delivery of the goods to the Contracting Authority’s premises. I.
