Poland – Surgical sutures – Successive deliveries of suture materials for the Healthcare Complex in Bolesławiec

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the successive delivery of suture materials for the Healthcare Complex in Bolesławiec, including transport and carrying them into the Contracting Authority's warehouses. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the Pricing Form – Appendix No. 2.1-2.4 to the SWZ. Each Contractor may submit only one tender for the entire contract or for a given task/task(s), in writing, failing which it shall be null and void. If a Contractor submits more than one tender for the entire contract or for a given task/task(s), all tenders submitted by that Contractor will be rejected by the Contracting Authority. The contract consists of 4 tasks. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders. The Contracting Authority will consider a tender submitted for all items within a given task to be a partial tender. The Contracting Authority does not permit tenders for individual items. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the offered subject matter of the contract must meet the requirements of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974) and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC.
