Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of disposable items for the preparation of cytostatic drugs (hereinafter: goods or items) of the type and in the quantities specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ. The Contracting Authority informs that, in this procedure conducted as an open tender, it provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law. When applying the aforementioned procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor whose tender was rated highest with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
