Poland – System and support services – Technical support service for the CMS tool, including its expansion

Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is a technical support service for the CMS tool, including its expansion. The contract covers the following activities: a) Activity I – provision of technical support for the CMS tool owned by the Contracting Authority. b) Activity II – expansion and modification of the CMS and existing websites based on the CMS tool (modification of functionalities, new functionalities) within the framework of developer working hours. Compliance with WCAG requirements at the level required under applicable law (including, among others, the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities, the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12 April 2012 on the National Interoperability Framework, minimum requirements for public registers and the exchange of information in electronic form, and minimum requirements for ICT systems, and the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs). 2. During the public procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of making its documentation and the source code of its CMS tool available to interested Contractors at an agreed time, for the purpose of examining the documents necessary for the performance of the contract, available on the Contracting Authority’s premises, pursuant to Article 131(2) of the Pzp Act, in accordance with the provisions of point VIII of the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) – (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). 3. The Contracting Authority is entitled to exercise the option right referred to in Article 441(1) of the Pzp Act, under the terms described in paragraphs 2 and 6 of Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – the draft contractual provisions. 4. The description of the subject matter of the contract (abbreviated as: OPZ) constitutes: Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ / Appendix No. 1 to the draft contractual provisions. 5. The draft contractual provisions concerning the above public contract, which will be incorporated into the contract, are contained in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 1.
