Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and development services for the ERP-class system – Softlab, used in the financial and accounting, human resources and payroll, asset management, and reporting areas. 2. The minimum requirements concerning the description of the subject of the contract or the performance of the contract, which are not subject to negotiation and must be met by all tenders: 2.1 ongoing provision of support and maintenance for the Softlab ERP system, 2.2 provision of development services for the Softlab ERP system, 2.3 ensuring integration of the Softlab ERP System, 2.4 provision of a dedicated ticketing system, 2.5 monthly reporting on the processing and handling of tickets, including reporting on compliance with the SLA, 2.6 provision of a dedicated team, 2.7 preparation of descriptions of activities performed as part of ticket handling (both maintenance and development), 2.8 conducting training for administrators in the event of reported needs, 2.9 support from 8:00–16:00 on business days, 2.10 provision of services for a period of 48 months, starting from 1 January 2027, 2.11 the contractor must be a certified ABS partner. 3. Detailed solutions concerning the performance of the subject of the contract, including the proposed contractual provisions, will be determined and discussed during negotiations. The final version of the description of the subject of the contract and the proposed contractual provisions will be provided together with the invitation to submit final tenders.
