Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of development and maintenance services for the Atena 3 Remote Education Service System of the Ministry of Finance, whereby: 1) the scope of the basic contract includes: a) the Contractor's performance, for the Contracting Authority, of modifications to the System covering the provision of new and modernization of existing System functionalities, in a quantity not exceeding 400 Person-days, or for a period of 48 months, whichever of the aforementioned events occurs first, in accordance with the requirements contained in point 4 of the OPZ, including the provision of Training in an amount of up to 128 Teaching hours in accordance with the requirements contained in point 4 of the OPZ and Appendix No. 7 to the OPZ, hereinafter referred to as: Development upon Request; b) the provision by the Contractor, for the Contracting Authority, of the System Maintenance service, in accordance with the requirements contained in point 5 of the OPZ, hereinafter referred to as: System Maintenance. 2) the scope of the optional contract includes: a) the provision of new and modernization of existing System functionalities as part of Development upon Request, in a quantity not exceeding 400 Person-days or for a period no longer than until the date of completion of the provision of the System Maintenance Service under the option, whichever of the aforementioned events occurs first, in accordance with the requirements contained in point 4 of the OPZ, including the provision of Training in an amount of up to 50 Teaching hours in accordance with the requirements contained in point 4 of the OPZ and Appendix No. 7 to the OPZ; b) the provision of System Maintenance, in accordance with the requirements contained in point 5 of the OPZ. 2.
