1. Contract name: Replacement of campus aggregation switches. 2. The subject matter of the contract is*: 2.1. Preparation by the Contractor of the Technical Design, as well as the transfer of economic copyrights and derivative rights to the Technical Design; 2.2. Purchase and delivery by the Contractor of the Devices to the Contracting Authority's Location, as well as the purchase and granting by the Contractor of a license to use the System Software managing the Devices; 2.3. Performance by the Contractor at the Contracting Authority's Location of Installation and Implementation Services, in accordance with the Technical Design approved by the Contracting Authority, including the preparation of Post-Implementation Documentation, as well as the transfer of economic copyrights and derivative rights to the report on the acceptance tests conducted and the Post-Implementation Documentation; 2.4. Ensuring the provision of Service by the Contractor; 2.5. Granting by the Contractor of a 36-month quality Warranty for the delivered Devices together with the System Software and the performed Installation and Implementation Services. 3.
