Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: a) maintenance and development of the BeSTi@ system – management of the budgets of local government units together with the components o BeSTi@ API (frontend, backend and the www.finansejst.mf.gov.pl portal) o BeSTi@ Subwencje b) maintenance and development of the SJO BeSTi@ system – management of the budgets of local government units – reporting by organisational units 1) under the basic contract: 1) provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of Services ensuring the maintenance of two IT systems in the field of technical assistance: a) the BeSTi@ System built under the Phare 2002/000.580.01.09 Public Finance Management project, component B “System for managing the budgets of local government units”; b) the SJO BeSTi@ System built under the Transition Facility 2006/018- 180.01-04 project “System for managing the budgets of local government units – reporting by organisational units”. 2) under the option right: 1) provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority, for a further period of 12 months, of Services ensuring the maintenance of two IT systems in the field of technical assistance: a) the BeSTi@ System built under the Phare 2002/000.580.01.09 Public Finance Management project, component B “System for managing the budgets of local government units”; b) the SJO BeSTi@ System built under the Transition Facility 2006/018- 180.01-04 project “System for managing the budgets of local government units – reporting by organisational units”; 2) provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of Development Services for two IT systems for a period of 24 months in the field of introducing adaptations/changes in the Systems exchanging data with each other: a) the BeSTi@ System built under the Phare 2002/000.580.01.09 Public Finance Management project, component B “System for managing the budgets of local government units”; b) the SJO BeSTi@ System built under the Transition Facility 2006/018- 180.01-04 project “System for managing the budgets of local government units – reporting by organisational units”; 3) extension of the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of Development Services for two IT systems for a further period of 12 months in the field of introducing adaptations/changes in the Systems exchanging data with each other: a) the BeSTi@ System built under the Phare 2002/000.580.01.09 Public Finance Management project, component B “System for managing the budgets of local government units; b) the SJO BeSTi@ System built under the Transition Facility 2006/018- 180.01-04 project “System for managing the budgets of local government units – reporting by organisational units”. 4) performance of a task consisting in introducing a mechanism enabling forced updating of the SJO BeSTi@ application version – Task ZAD1; 5) performance of a task consisting in introducing mechanisms ensuring the correctness and verification of JST/JO identification data with respect to the REGON number – Task ZAD2. 2.
