The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, commissioning, together with training, of two sets for teaching industrial robotics for the needs of Kazimierz Pulaski University of Radom, divided into two (2) parts (packages). The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual parts/packages and does not limit the number of parts/packages that may be awarded to one Contractor. 2. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of a complete teaching, research and demonstration workstation comprising: Package I: Complete educational robot-programming cell – 1 unit. Package II: Complete AMR mobile platform intended for educational applications – 1 unit. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). 4. Contract performance deadline: Package I and Package II – within 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In the tender evaluation criteria, the Contracting Authority will award points for shortening the contract performance period. 5. The workstation in question must be delivered preconfigured and ready for operation. 6. Performance of startup tests confirming the functionality of the set and the correct operation of all systems. 7. Provision of on-the-job instruction for at least 6 employees of the Contracting Authority, lasting at least 1 working day, covering: rules for safe operation of the workstation; starting and stopping the robot; basics of working with the programming panel; executing and modifying sample programs; operation of the pro application package; basics of PLC–robot communication; basics of configuring and using the vision system; basics of working in the simulation environment; operating and diagnostic activities. 8. The Contracting Authority requires that basic on-the-job instruction at the installation site for the Contracting Authority’s employees regarding operation of the set take place on the day of delivery and commissioning, on a date agreed with the Contracting Authority. 9. The offered set must be brand new (manufactured no later than in 2025), unused, non-refurbished and non-demonstration, i.e. all educational workstations, the AMR platform and equipment components must be brand new, unused, complete and fit for use. 10. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with user documentation, warranty, certificates, declarations of conformity and instructions. 11. The devices must have current certificates, quality certificates, approvals, declarations of conformity or markings confirming authorization for sale and compliance with the requirements of applicable regulations. 12. The set that is the subject of the delivery should bear CE marking or equivalent confirmation of compliance with EU health, safety and environmental protection requirements and compliance with the relevant machinery regulations (in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC). All documents required by law, such as technical documentation and operating and maintenance instructions, must be supplied in Polish and English. 13. The required minimum warranty period included in the subject of the contract is 24 months from the date of commissioning, confirmed by an acceptance protocol. 14.
