The subject matter of the contract in this procedure is the supply of equipment and teaching aids intended for conducting practical classes for the vocational laboratories at Upper-Secondary School Complex No. 6 in Siedlce. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into five parts: part 1 Automation and electrical power engineering laboratory part 2 Automation and electrical power engineering laboratory -laboratory table part 3 Digital printing and print finishing laboratory part 4 IT part 5 IT -large-format printing and cutting plotter The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. The Contractor may submit one tender for any number of parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not establish a maximum number of parts for which Contractors may submit a tender, or a maximum number of parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor. The Contractor is required to submit a tender covering all items in a given part. The equipment must be brand-new, unused, complete, free from physical and legal defects, and compliant with the technical documentation and applicable standards, delivered ready for use. The Contractor is required to include with the equipment: operating instructions in Polish, warranty and service documentation (if applicable), and certificates and approvals required by applicable law.
