4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of equipment for vocational workshops for the purposes of the project – Integrated development of vocational education in Racibórz County towards regional smart specialisations – delivery and installation of equipment for the ZSE workshops in Racibórz. 4.2. Pursuant to Article 91(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for parts, divided into 4 lots, as follows: 1) lot 1 of the contract – Printing devices and scanners, comprising: 1 multifunction device I, 2 multifunction devices II. 2) lot 2 of the contract – 3D printing and scanning devices, comprising: 1 3D printer, 2 3D scanners, 1 engraving plotter, 1 sublimation printer. 3) lot 3 of the contract – Graphics tablets, comprising: 34 graphics tablets; 4) lot 4 of the contract – Furniture for specialist workshops, comprising: 32 student desks I, 32 student chairs I, 4 teacher desks, 4 teacher chairs, 6 office cabinets, 32 student desks II, 32 student chairs II. 4.3. The material scope of the subject of the contract for all lots includes: 1) The subject of the contract includes the delivery of equipment, software, licences, rights and other components, within the deadlines and in the quantities and specifications set out in the SWZ, the contract, the annexes to the contract and the tender, to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, as well as—according to the type of equipment concerned—its unpacking, positioning, assembly, installation, configuration, trial start-up and the provision of instruction to the Contracting Authority’s employees regarding basic operation. 2) The equipment supplied must be brand-new, operational, unused, not displayed at exhibitions or trade fairs, undamaged, not remanufactured, not originating from resale, free from physical and legal defects and unencumbered by third-party rights. The equipment must be safe, complete and ready for use without the Contracting Authority having to make additional purchases, unless the OPZ expressly provides otherwise. 3) The Contractor shall provide packaging and transport in a manner protecting the equipment against damage, deterioration in quality or loss of functional properties. The Contractor shall bear the risk of damage to the subject of the contract until the acceptance report is signed. 4) The equipment shall be marked in accordance with applicable regulations, particularly with respect to safety marks, CE marking and other markings required for the relevant type of product, where applicable. 5) The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with operating instructions, user documentation, warranty documentation and service documentation in Polish and, if the manufacturer makes instructions available electronically, shall indicate the website addresses from which they can be downloaded. 6) For software, the Contractor is required to grant the Contracting Authority a licence or transfer to the Contracting Authority a licensing entitlement consistent with the manufacturer’s licensing rules, to an extent allowing lawful use of the software for the required period, on the required number of workstations or by the required number of users. 7) In accordance with Article 100(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority has included in the description of the subject of the contract requirements concerning accessibility for persons with disabilities and design intended for all users. To the extent justified by its nature, intended purpose and manner of use, the equipment supplied should enable use by persons with diverse mobility, sensory and cognitive abilities. Operating elements must not require excessive force or communicate essential information solely by means of colour. Markings, messages and controls should be legible, high-contrast and unambiguous. Operating instructions and training materials must be provided in Polish, in paper and electronic form. Electronic documents should be saved in a text format that enables content searching, enlargement of images and text, and reading using assistive software. Providing electronic instructions solely as a non-searchable scan is not permitted. If, due to user safety, the nature of the device or required qualifications, fully independent operation of the device by every user is not possible or justified, accessibility should be ensured at least through accessible software, legible and differentiated safety messages, an appropriately prepared workstation and the possibility for the user to participate safely in classes with the support of a trained operator. 8) The Contractor undertakes to remedy, at its own expense, any damage caused by the Contractor or persons used by it to perform the contract, arising during delivery, assembly, installation or configuration. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope, type and quantity of supplies, warranty and service conditions and technical parameters are specified in Annex No 1 (lots 1–4) to this application and in the Draft Contract—Annex No 2 to this application. Lot 1 of the contract – Printing devices and scanners, comprising: 1 multifunction device I, 2 multifunction devices II. 1. Multifunction device I The delivery includes 1 brand-new multifunction device (I) for the logistics workshop. Colour laser multifunction device meeting the following minimum technical requirements: copying, printing and scanning up to A4 and A3 format, memory: min. 4GB, automatic double-sided printing, duplex, printing speed min. 30 A4 copies per minute, scanning min. 55 A4 pages per minute with duplex, printing resolution min. 1,800 x 600 dpi/1,200 x 1,200 dpi, connection: wired LAN network card, USB, WIFI card, one paper drawer + bypass tray, capability to print on paper with a weight of at least 80 to 250 g/m2, double-sided original feeder and duplex (automatic double-sided printing); panel in Polish. Additional equipment: standard starter set of toners (black, cyan, magenta, yellow), power cable; power cable, device stand (if there is no mobile base). Multifunction device II The delivery includes 2 brand-new multifunction devices II for the graphics and printing workshop. The furniture must be made of safe materials approved for use in care and educational facilities and public buildings, in particular: non-toxic, not causing allergic reactions, not emitting harmful substances to a degree that endangers users’ health. The furniture offered must meet the requirements of the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union regarding: a. general product safety, b. protection of users’ health and life, c. placing on the market and use of products intended for collective use.
