Opportunity description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the provision of service support services for Palo Alto devices 2) The contracting authority's needs and the characteristics of the subject matter of the contract, as well as the minimum requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract/performance of the contract, which are not subject to negotiation and which all tenders must meet, are specified in Part II of the OPIW, except that at the contract notice stage an abbreviated description of the contract needs and requirements will be made available – pursuant to the provisions of Art. 18 of the Pzp Act. Contractors are required to submit confidentiality declarations together with the request to participate in the procedure (templates in Part III of the OPIW). Acting pursuant to Art. 381(9) and Art. 133(3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority establishes requirements concerning the confidential nature of information provided to Contractors during the procedure. The following parts of the OPIW are confidential: Part II of the OPIW – Description of the subject matter of the contract and Part IV of the OPIW - Draft contractual provisions. Contractors invited to participate in the next stage of the procedure, i.e. together with the invitation to negotiate, will receive the full description of the subject matter of the contract (Part II of the OPIW) and the Draft contractual provisions (Part IV of the OPIW). 3) The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. 4) The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant tenders. 5) The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. 6) The Contracting Authority emphasizes that this procedure is being conducted under the sectoral negotiated procedure with prior call for competition.
