The subject of the contract is the provision of support services for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) IT devices for the Małopolska Regional Branch of the National Health Fund in Kraków, including in particular ensuring: a) the provision of technical support services for the HPE IT devices specified in point V of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, under the terms set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, b) substantive support comprising at least 25 working days of substantive support under the terms set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
