The subject of the contract is a periodic inspection carried out at least once every 5 years of building structures in the area of the Catchment Management Board in Kielce, divided into: Part 1- NW Jędrzejów Part 2- NW Kielce, NW Kazimierza Wielka, NW Busko- Zdrój. The inspection will consist of checking the technical condition and suitability for use of the building structure, the aesthetics of the building structure and its surroundings. This inspection should also include testing of the electrical and lightning protection systems with regard to the operational condition of connections, accessories, safeguards and means of protection against electric shock, the insulation resistance of conductors, and the earthing of systems and equipment. The inspection of the technical condition and safety of the structures must be carried out by persons holding the appropriate building qualifications in the relevant specialty. This person must hold the appropriate building qualifications to perform independent technical functions in construction and belong to the professional self-government body of civil engineers. The scope of work includes checking the technical condition and preparing periodic inspection reports developed separately for each structure. This description constitutes the minimum requirements but does not exhaust them. Tests/measurements should be performed appropriately in accordance with the applicable provisions of law and technical guidelines, taking into account the current state of knowledge and technological progress in construction and belonging to the professional self-government body of civil engineers.
