Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the performance by the Contractor, for the Contracting Authority, of periodic inspections of hydrotechnical structures: a) annual – in accordance with Article 62(1)(1) of the Act of 7.07.1994 – Construction Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, items 418, 1080, 1535, 1673, 1847), within the scope specified in §§ 68-72, taking into account the content of §§ 73-74 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of 23.10.2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of inspections of maritime hydrotechnical structures (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516). b) five-year – in accordance with Article 62(1)(2) of the Act of 7.07.1994 – Construction Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, items 418, 1080, 1535, 1673, 1847), within the scope specified in §§ 75-77 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of 23.10.2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of inspections of maritime hydrotechnical structures (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516).
