1. Delivery and implementation of an email protection system and a proactive protection system against advanced threats, together with a warranty and technical support service, and provision of a warranty and technical support services for the other security devices and solutions owned by PARP, including: 1) Lot A: delivery, installation and implementation of a comprehensive network security system consisting of two UTM devices operating in an HA – high-availability cluster, together with the provision of a warranty and technical support service; 2) Lot B: delivery, installation and implementation of a web application protection system, together with the provision of a warranty and technical support service; 3) Lot C: delivery and implementation of a remote VPN access management and workstation protection system, together with the provision of a warranty and technical support service; 4) Lot D a) provision of a warranty and technical support service for security solutions owned by PARP, specified in Table No. 1 of the OPZ for Lot D; b) delivery of a FortiSIEM Indicators of Compromise (IOC) Service subscription for FortiSIEM FSMP000000001316 or an equivalent solution; c) delivery of a FortiAnalyzer Security Automation Service 1-101GB/day of Logs subscription for FAZ-VM0000082724 or an equivalent solution; d) delivery of a perpetual FortiAnalyzer VM BASE - Upgrade license for adding 5 GB/Day of Logs license for FAZ-VM0000082724 or an equivalent solution. 2. Lots A, B and C: The Contractor undertakes to complete the subject matter of the contract, including delivering, installing and implementing the System compliant with the OPZ, within 30 days from the date of signing the contract. The contract shall be effective from the date of its conclusion, while the warranty and technical support shall be provided for a period of 12 months from the date of installation and implementation confirmed by the acceptance report referred to in § 2(3) of the contract. 3. Lot D: The Contractor undertakes to deliver: 1) documents confirming the provision of the manufacturer's and the Contractor's warranty and technical support service for the security solutions owned by the Contracting Authority, specified in Table No. 1 in the OPZ, compliant with the OPZ; 2) a FortiSIEM Indicators of Compromise (IOC) Service subscription for FortiSIEM FSMP000000001316 or an equivalent solution; 3) a FortiAnalyzer Security Automation Service 1-101GB/day of Logs subscription for FAZ-VM0000082724 or an equivalent solution; 4) a FortiAnalyzer VM BASE - Upgrade license for adding 5 GB/Day of Logs license for FAZ-VM0000082724 or an equivalent solution within 5 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, and to provide the manufacturer's warranty and technical support service for a period of 12 months from the date of expiry of the currently applicable warranty and technical support period for the devices owned and listed in Table No. 1 of the OPZ for Lot D, or from the date of delivery confirmed by the acceptance report referred to in § 2(5) of the contract, if the contract is signed later. 4. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter: “OPZ”) constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5. In cases where the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract indicates trademarks, patents, origin, source or a particular process that characterizes the products or services supplied by a specific Contractor, which would lead to certain contractors or products being favored or eliminated, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract using sufficiently precise terms and this is justified by the specific nature of the subject matter of the contract. In such situations, any references to trademarks, patents, origin, source or a particular process shall be read together with the words “or equivalent.” 6. A Contractor relying on equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority is required to prove in its tender, in particular by means of the subject-matter evidence referred to in Articles 104-107 of the uPzp, that its proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the OPZ to an equivalent degree. 1.
