Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the lease of telecommunications transmission links for the operation of the TETRA radio system, divided into six tasks. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constitutes Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 3. Address details are specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. 4. The detailed manner of providing the services is specified by: 4.1 Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Tender form; 4.2 Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions; 4.3 Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. 5. Pursuant to Article 257, the Contracting Authority may cancel the contract award procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract have not been granted to it. 1.
