Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the provision of fiber optic rental services on the listed routes via passive fiber optic infrastructure. The contract includes making fiber optics available to the Contracting Authority on the routes, their ongoing maintenance, and ensuring their correct and uninterrupted operation under the terms set out in § 5(6) of the draft contract. The contract is divided into two parts: • Part 1 - provision of fiber optic rental services on the routes listed in Annex No. 3 to the Contract, “List of Service provision routes for Part I”, • Part 2 - provision of fiber optic rental services on the routes listed in Annex No. 3 to the Contract, “List of Service provision routes for Part II”.
