Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: "Replacement of seats and adaptation of the performance and cinema hall for persons with special needs at the Municipal Cultural Centre "Centrum" in Zawiercie". 2. A detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract is contained in: Annex No. 6 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), Plan of the Performance Hall, Sketch and dimensions of the seat. 3. The warranty period for the material supplied, i.e. the seats, and for the installation services performed shall be at least 60 months from the date on which the final acceptance report is signed by the Contracting Authority. 4. Requirements regarding accessibility for persons with disabilities or design intended for all users (Article 100(1) of the Public Procurement Law). As part of the project entitled: “Replacement of seats and adaptation of the performance and cinema hall for persons with special needs at the Municipal Cultural Centre "Centrum" in Zawiercie”, the performance and cinema hall will be adapted for persons with special needs. 5.
