The subject of the contract is the supply of hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools and workshop equipment. The warranty period constitutes one of the tender evaluation criteria and is consistent with the Contractor's declaration submitted in Annex No. 2 – the tender form; however, it may not be shorter than 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods.
